Terms of use
These Terms of use (“Terms of use /Terms”) are legally binding between you ("You") and Isha Foundation ("We" or "Us") for your registration to participate in “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha Online” (“Program”).
You agree that by registering for this Program and accessing this website www.isha.sadhguru.org ("Site"), You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with all of these Terms, then You are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
You hereby represent and warrant that You are competent to enter into these Terms. You confirm that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion.
You understand that your registration will be done through Single Sign On, a service provided by Isha Business Private Limited, hence it is pertinent that You have read and understood and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Single Sign On platform for the purpose of your registration. This Terms of User and the Terms of Use of Single Sign On shall be read together for your registration of this Program.
USER REGISTRATION:
1.1 The minimum age limit to participate in the Program is 18 years. But no one under 18 years shall register for the Program on his/her own or provide any personal information in this regard without parental consent.
1.2 This Program is only available for Indian residents and only Indian mode of payments will be accepted.
1.3 To register for the Program, You must provide complete and accurate details/information as asked for in the registration page.
1.4 Your registration for the Program will be complete only after You receive a confirmation e-mail, confirming Your registration and participation.
1.5 To attend the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha Online Program”, you need to get the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Form” separately.
1.6 You should ensure that You have logged in for the Program session/s as per the communicated time. Late entries will not be allowed.
2. PAYMENT:
2.1 The payment must be made in full, according to the chosen category, before the commencement of the Program.
2.2 Only Indian mode of payments will be accepted.
2.3 We accept the following mode of payments, i.e. credit cards, debit cards, Net Banking, e-wallets & UPI.
2.4 In the event the prerequisites as mentioned in these Terms & Conditions are not fulfilled, We reserve the right to cancel Your registration and the refund will be done as per the cancellation and refund policy provided below.
3. Cancellation, Refund, Transfer and Re-registration Policy for “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha Online Program””
3.1 Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1.1 15% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 30 days prior to the Program start date.
3.1.2 30% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 7 days prior to the Program start date.
3.1.3 No requests for refund will be accepted for cancellations less than 7 days to the Program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program.
3.2 Transfer Policy:
3.2.1 The Participant will have the option to transfer their registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend up to 14 days prior to the program start date by sending an email to sadhgurusannidhi@ishafoundation.org. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be entertained.
3.2.2 The Transferee shall complete the registration process, and the application will be subject to review as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.
3.2.3 The terms of transfer are applicable only for the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha Online Program”” and not for any other Program.
3.2.4 The Transferee should have a Sannidhi Form to attend the Program.
3.2.5 No application for transfer will be entertained less than 14 days to the program start date and thereafter.
Please note
a. All Refund, Re-registration, Transfer & Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to sadhgurusannidhi@ishafoundation.org from the registered e-mail ID of the participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.
b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.
c. The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID.
d. In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.
e. Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the Transfer request.
4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: To participate in the Program, it is mandatory for You to have compatible hardware, such as:
4.1 Hardware requirements: Laptop/desktop computer.
4.2 Stable Internet access with sufficient bandwidth (2Mbps)/adequate data pack. A Wi-Fi or wired Internet connection is recommended. It is best to connect through a laptop or desktop computer and to keep your phone switched off. Please ensure that the device You use for the Program is kept on charge for the entire duration of the Program. It is recommended not to use tablets and smartphones as the Program video may not support these devices.
4.3 Software requirement: Google Chrome version 85 or later is recommended.
Please ensure that all your hardware and software are fully functional, prior to the start of the Program. We will not be responsible for any equipment or network malfunctions or service disruptions from Your end that may affect your session.
Note: You are expressly prohibited from photographing, screen-shotting, screen-recording and/or recording, by video or audio, any part of the Program for any purpose whatsoever. Please go through Our Intellectual Property Rights section.
5. ADMISSION:
We reserve the right to allow admission into the Program and cancel Your participation at Our sole discretion.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT:
You agree to behave in such a way as to create a safe, supportive, learning environment while at the Program. You agree not to smoke, drink alcohol or consume any hallucinogenic or banned drug while attending the Program. You agree not to engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with the Program or other individuals’ participation in the Program. You will comply with all applicable laws and agree not to engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory or threatening speech or behavior, including relating to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability. Participants engaging or threatening to engage in such behavior will be requested to leave the Program or related Program immediately, and such Participants will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid towards their participation in the Program. If You witness such behavior, please promptly contact a program volunteer in order to take appropriate action.
7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
You acknowledge and agree that Your attendance and participation in the Program is voluntary. Since attending any of the sessions could involve certain processes and chanting , You agree to assume the risks associated with attending and participating in the Program to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. To the extent permissible by law, You agree to indemnify Us against any and all claims, actions, losses and damages arising out of or relating to Your participation in the Program.
8. INFORMATION ABOUT YOU:
You consent to the collection and use of Your personal information that You provide in connection with the Program, by Us. We will use Your information to send details and announcements related to the Program to You. Any personal information that You provide to Us online will be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations of India. We are committed to protecting Your personal information and Your right to privacy. Our Privacy Policy governs the privacy policies of Our Site. You agree that We may use any information that We obtain about You in accordance with the provisions of Our Privacy Policy. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully as it will help You make informed decisions about sharing Your personal information with Us.
9. SITE MANAGEMENT:
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms & Conditions; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms & Conditions, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in Our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of Your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in Our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to Our systems; (5) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect Our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site. In addition to terminating or suspending Your account, We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Site at any time or for any reason without notice to You. You agree that We have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by Your inability to access or use the Site during any downtime or discontinuance of the Site. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will be construed to obligate Us to maintain and support the Site or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
10. DISCLAIMER:
The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that Your use of the Site services will be at Your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and Your use thereof, including, without limitation, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site’s content or the content of any websites linked to this Site and We will assume no liability or responsibility for any (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and materials, (2) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from Your access to and use of the Site, (3) any unauthorized access to or use of Our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (4) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site, (5) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party, and/or (6) any errors or omissions in any content and materials or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Site. We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Site, any hyperlinked website, or any website or mobile application featured in any banner or other advertising, and We will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between You and any third-party providers of products or services. The terms and conditions provided in the third party website would be applicable for your transaction in those websites, Your interaction with this website does not mean that the terms of the third party website is not applicable for your transaction therein.
11. LICENSE TO USE ITEMS:
In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Program, You grant Us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license throughout the world and in perpetuity to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute or translate, for promotional/educational purposes, all or any part of the following items ("Items"): (1) all still photographs (2) all audio and video recordings in connection with the Program. You consent to the use of the Items pursuant to the foregoing in perpetuity without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from You and waive any moral rights You may have in the Items.
12. WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in the Program, You hereby warrant and represent that You are at least 14 years of age with parental consent or above 18 years of age and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Us or Our members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that You may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the Program, unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of Us. This Waiver of Liability is specifically binding upon Your heirs and assigns and is knowingly given by You.
13. FORCE MAJEURE:
In the event that it is made impossible or impracticable or illegal to proceed with or carry out this Program in whole or in part, due to any natural calamity, general or specific order of government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, pandemic, epidemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, power disruption, technical difficulties, internet connectivity, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond reasonable control and as a result thereof, there may be delay, postponement, rescheduling, termination and/or cancellation of this Program, and We will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the You.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
In the event of any dispute between the parties the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on such disputes. If there is any conflict between these terms and rules and/or specific Terms & Conditions appearing on this Site relating to specific material, then the latter shall prevail. These Terms & Conditions and Your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
15. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
In no event will We or Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from Your use of the Site, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to You for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the cost of the Program.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
You may download, display or print information from this website solely for non-commercial personal use.
The website may contain or reference trademarks, patents, proprietary information, technologies, products, processes or other proprietary rights of Isha Foundation and/or other parties. No license to or right in any such trademarks, patents, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes and other proprietary rights of Isha Foundation and/or other parties is granted to or conferred upon You.
Documents may be copied for personal use only on the condition that copyright and source indications are also copied, no modifications are made and the document is copied entirely. However, some documents and photos have been published on this site with the permission of the relevant copyright owners (who are not Isha Foundation. All rights are reserved on these documents and permission to copy them must be requested from the copyright owners (the sources are indicated within these documents/photographs).
Any communication or material that You transmit to, or post on, any public area of the website including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary information. Anything You transmit or post becomes the property of Isha Foundation and/or its affiliates and may be used for any purpose, including, but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting.
Furthermore, Isha Foundation is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication You send to the website for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information.
17. INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless, including Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your participation of the Program and/or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Us, and You agree to cooperate, at Your expense, with such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
18. MISCELLANEOUS:
(1) Any modifications to the Terms & Conditions will be posted on this Site and shall be notified to You through email. The modified Terms & Conditions shall also be binding upon You.
(2) You agree that Your failure to adhere to any of the Terms & Conditions set out above, or any other provision of these Terms & Conditions, shall constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions on Your part which may result in the termination of Your access to this Site and/or participation in the program.
(3) If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between You and Us as a result of these Terms & Conditions or use of the Site.
(4) You agree that these Terms & Conditions will not be construed against Us by virtue of having drafted them.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions/Terms”) are legally binding between you (“You”) and Isha Foundation (“We” or “Us”) for your registration to participate in “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha In-Person” (“Program”) at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.
You agree that by registering for this Program and accessing this website www.isha.sadhguru.org (“Site”), You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with all of these Terms, then You are expressly prohibited from using the Site and You must discontinue use immediately.
You hereby represent and warrant that You are competent to enter into these Terms. You confirm that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to revise the Terms & Conditions at any time and at Our sole discretion.
You understand that your registration will be done through Single Sign On, a service provided by Isha Business Private Limited (IBPL). Hence, it is pertinent that You have read and understood and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Single Sign On platform for the purpose of your registration. This Terms of User and the Terms of Use of Single Sign On shall be read together for your registration of this Program.
User Registration:

1.5 If You are accessing the Site from outside the territory of India, then You must be of competent age to enter into a contract as per the local laws of Your location or 18 years whichever is higher.
1.6 To attend the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha In-Person” (“Program”) you need to get the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Form” separately.
2. Payment:

3.2 Transfer Policy:
3.2.1 The Participant has the option to transfer their registration for the Program to a family member, relative or friend up to 30 days prior to the program start date by raising a request at isha.co/offeringsupport . No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be entertained. Please note that the transfer request is subject to the Sannidhi Team’s approval.
3.2.2 The Transferee shall complete the registration process, and the application will be subject to review as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.
3.2.3 The terms of transfer are applicable only for the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha In-Person” (“Program”) and not for any other program.
3.2.4 The Transferee should have a Sannidhi Form to attend the program.
3.2.5 No application for transfer will be entertained less than 30 days to the program start date and thereafter.
3.3 Re–Registration Policy:
In case you are not able to attend this program, you can re-register for the next program by raising a ticket at isha.co/offeringsupport from your registered ID:
3.3.1 There will not be any additional charges for the request received up to 30 days prior to the program start date.
3.3.2 There will be a re-registration charge of 5% of the Program fee for the request received 30 days up to 7 days prior to the program start date.
3.3.3 No requests for re-registration will be accepted for the request received less than 7 days to the program start date and thereafter, or for a no-show, or for an incomplete attendance of the Program
3.3.4 Re-registration is allowed for the next two Programs or for Program happening in the next 6 months, whichever is later.
Please Note:
a. All Refund, Re-registration, Transfer & Cancellation requests should be raised at isha.co/offeringsupport from the registered email ID of the participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.
b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.
c. The refund request will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID provided that all the required documents are in order.
d. In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.
e. Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the carry forward or Transfer request.
4. COVID-19:
All guidelines and social distancing protocols in accordance with the notification/guidelines/orders issued by the government, local health officials and Us must be adhered to. You may be subject to regular medical upon arrival until completion of the Program.
We advise that you take 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccination before the Program.
In the event You develop any COVID-19 symptoms during your stay, You agree to follow the protocols as may be prescribed by Us from time to time.
For those who test positive for COVID-19 (3 days before travel):
a. No Program fee will be deducted and the registration fee will be carried over to the next program.
b. However, if you need a refund, there will be a 10% cancellation fee.
c. The Participant shall present proof for the same before the carry forward or refund, as the case may be, can be processed.
5. Accommodation:
5.1 The “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha In-Person” (“Program”) registration includes accommodation for the program participants from 8 March 2025, 8:00 AM IST to 9 March 2025, 11:00 AM IST.
5.2 No accompanying guests, relatives, family members or children will be allowed.
5.3 If You wish to arrive early and/or extend Your visit beyond the Program dates, You may do so by booking additional accommodation. Please book the cottage at https://cottage.isha.in/ with your Name, Nationality, Country of Residence, and Arrival/Departure dates. Also, please mention that your participation has been confirmed for the “Sadhguru Sannidhi Sangha In-Person” (“Program”).
6. Medical Guidelines:
6.1 As part of the registration process, You will have to fill in your medical details in the registration form.
6.2 You shall ensure that all the information which You have provided is true and complete.
6.3 You must carry Your regular medications until completion of the program or Your stay, whichever is later.
6.4 If You are suffering from chronic health problems, such as epilepsy, heart ailments, uncontrolled blood pressure or diabetes, asthma, psychological problems, or physical disabilities, it is mandatory that You mention such information in the Medical Questionnaire during the registration process.
6.5 In the event of a medical condition arising during Your stay at the Isha Yoga Center, You agree to abide by the recommendations made in Your best interests by the medical team in charge of the Program.
6.6 These recommendations might include taking medications, referral to a nearby hospital for further care, discontinuing the Program or leaving the Isha Yoga Center.
6.7 You shall bear any medical expenses that You may incur during Your stay for the Program.
6.8 If You experience any symptoms of COVID-19, You shall inform Us and must follow the treatment and guidelines as prescribed by Us.
6.9 You must travel after taking due permission from the concerned governmental authority to travel for the Program.
6. 10 You should not have any symptoms of COVID-19 and should not have come in contact with people who are infected/suspected/diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days before Your travel.
6.11 You fully understand the risks involved due to COVID–19 and are aware of all the regulations/safety guidelines prescribed by the government. You undertake that You will strictly follow the same. You shall not hold Us responsible for Your acts of negligence in this regard and shall indemnify Isha from any liability arising out of it.
6.12 If You do not comply with the recommendations of the medical team, You will be requested to discontinue the Program.
7. Admission:
We reserve the right to allow admission into the Isha Yoga Center and/cancellation of Your participation at Our sole discretion.

Since attending any of the sessions could involve the physical activity of learning Yoga, You agree to assume the risks associated with attending and participating in the Program to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. To the extent mandated by law, You agree to indemnify Us against any and all claims, actions, losses and damages arising out of or relating to Your participation in the Program.
10. Information About You:
You consent to the collection and use of Your personal information that You provide in connection with the Program, by Us. We will use Your information to send details and announcements related to the Program to You. 11. License to Use Items:

In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in the Program, You hereby warrant and represent that You freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Us or Our members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that You may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the Program, unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of Us. This Waiver of Liability is specifically binding upon Your heirs and assigns and is knowingly given by You.
13. Force Majeure:
In the event that it is made impossible or impracticable or illegal for Us to proceed with or carry out this Program in whole or in part, due to any natural calamity, general or specific order of government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, pandemic, epidemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond Our reasonable control, as a result thereof, We may delay, postpone, reschedule, terminate and/or cancel this Program, and will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by You.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute between the parties, the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction on such disputes. If there is any conflict between these terms and rules and/or specific Terms & Conditions appearing on this Site relating to specific material, then the latter shall prevail. These Terms & Conditions and Your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
15. Limitations of Liability:
In no event will We or Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from Your use of the Site, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our liability to You for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the cost of the Program.
16. Indemnification:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless, including Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of Our respective officers, volunteers, agents, partners, teachers, trustees, founder and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your participation of the Program and/or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, We reserve the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Us, and You agree to cooperate, at Your expense, with such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
17. Miscellaneous:
17.1 In view of the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus, the Terms & Conditions listed herein are subject to change from time to time. Any modifications to the "Terms & Conditions" will be posted on the Site and shall be notified to You through email. The modified Terms & Conditions shall also be binding upon You.
17.2 The Program is subject to changes as per the directions issued by the Government and the local health authorities from time to time.
17.3 You agree that Your failure to adhere to any of the Terms & Conditions set out above, or any other provision of these Terms & Conditions, shall constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions on Your part which may result in the termination of Your access to the Site and/or participation in the Program.
17.4 If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms & Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between You and Us as a result of these Terms & Conditions or use of the Site.
17.5 You agree that these Terms & Conditions will not be construed against Us by virtue of having drafted them.
